Shipping Policy

Providing you with the best online experience is of utmost concern to us. The timely delivery of your order is critical to meeting that objective. Please review our policy below in order to understand how our capabilities will effect the delivery of your order.

• We utilize UPS and FedEX in order to meet your needs.  Our delivery capabilities are largely tied to the policies of these carriers.
• Orders with non-expedited shipping method are shipped within three business days from the day you receive your order confirmation.
• Orders can not be delivered on weekends unless you have made prior arrangements for Saturday Delivery with our customer care.
• If you select an expedited method such as OVERNIGHT or 2 DAY, and your order was placed BEFORE 2:00 P.M. CST, then your order will ship on the same day.

Returns and Exchanges

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will either refund your purchase or allow you to exchange an item.  In any event PLEASE contact customer care before initiating your return.

Refund/Exchange Scenarios and Requirements:

Product Purchase Refund/Exchange - Non Damaged Goods - within 45 days of purchase

1. Please contact us before returning your purchase.  Unsolicited Returns can not be accepted.
2. Must have original packaging, tags and purchase receipt. 
3. You will need to complete a Return Authorization Form and include it in your return
4. You are responsible for all shipping charges

Full Refund/Exchange - Damaged Goods - within 45 days of purchase

1. Please contact us before returning your purcase. Unsolicited Returns can not be accepted.
2. Must include original packaging, tags and purchase receipt.
3. Completed Return Authorization Form
4. FOR REFUND or EXCHANGE - Finish Strong will credit you for purchase price and shipping charges, including your cost to return the item to us.  Your item should be returned via UPS Ground and include a tracking number.  We can not refund your purchase if we do not receive it.
