Finishing Strong In More Ways Than One

My boss had all my co-workers and I read the book "Finish Strong." He gave me the black wristband that came with the book. He hoped this book would help us become better managers but I also used the inspiration in the book to improve by running. I run competitive races from 5K to 1/2 marathons. I now think to finish strong as I approach the last mile instead of coasting to the finish line. I have seen my race times improve since I read the book and started wearing the wristband. I have ordered more wristbands for my co-workers to help them "finish strong."
