First and foremost, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your online shopping experience and the products you receive from us. If we made a mistake, we will make it right.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange your item(s). In order to receive a full refund or to exchange an item, the item(s) must be returned unused, with all original packaging and hang tags attached if applicable.

We offer a lifetime warranty on our silicone wristbands. If you purchased a wristband from Finish Strong and it breaks, we will replace it for no charge. You must have purchased the wristband from Finish Strong and you must send us the broken wristband.
You will not be responsible for any shipping charges related to an error on our part.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Non-Expedited orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 3 business days; except on national holidays. Orders place within 2 business days of a holiday, will ship within two business days after the holiday. All orders are subject to product availability.
We offer Expedited Shipping options from FedEx including Next Day and Two Day. Orders with Expedited shipping methods will ship the same day they are placed WHEN the order is placed before 2:00 P.M. CST. Expedited orders placed after this time will ship the next day.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to locations outside of the United States.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express. USPS is an option for orders up to 10 pounds. Most orders over 10 pounds will be shipped via Federal Express (FEDEX) Ground or your expedited method of choice. Orders can only be shipped to a U.S. PO box delivery via USPS. All other orders require a physical address for delivery.
How will my order be processed?
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from email@example.com. If your email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and be sure to add our email address to your address book. Please review your order immediately. If any changes are needed, please contact us as soon as possible - 630-692-0605. We cannot make complimentary changes to your order once you have received your shipping confirmation email.
How long will it typically take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is processed in our warehouse you will receive an email shipment notification with tracking information. This email informs you that your order has been processed and will ship within 24 hours. We ship from Naperville, IL.
USPS is a ground method which usually delivers in 7-10 days (except for Alaska—in approx. 2 weeks, and Hawaii—in approx. 3 weeks) but is not guaranteed. Orders will receive tracking information.
FedEx Ground delivers within 5 business days to most locations. Orders will receive tracking information. Fedex Ground service may not be available to some residential locations and you may have to select FedEx Home Delivery; which is for residential shipments and generally deliver between 1 and 5 days. Orders will receive tracking information.
FedEx 2Day is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to major cities. Orders will receive tracking information.
FedEx Standard Overnight is guaranteed to arrive the next business day by 4:30 p.m. Service may be limited in some locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories and may be 1–2 day delivery time. Orders will receive tracking information.
FedEx guarantees delivery as stated on expedited orders only. FedEx and Finish Strong do not guarantee delivery when delays are beyond USPS or FedEx control due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or mechanical failure.
What are shipping (postage) and handling costs?
Shipping and handling costs vary and are based on:

The size and weight of the order
Your delivery destination, which is based on your country, city, and postal code.
Can I determine the shipping and handling costs before starting the checkout process for my order?
Yes. From within the shopping cart menu, you can edit your Shipping Method and review the Expected Delivery date.
How does Free Shipping work?
From time to time we offer free shipping under certain purchase conditions. When free shipping is offered based upon the Order Total, the order amount used for eligibility is calculated AFTER promotional coupons or discounts are applied. For example, if free shipping is offered for orders over $50, then your order total AFTER applying any coupon or promotional discount, must be $50 or greater.
We reserve the right to change shipping method for non-expedited orders. Please note that our shipping policy may change at any time without notification.
Can I create my own products with the words “Finish Strong”
The words "Finish Strong" are the registered trademark of Finish Strong, LLC. They may not be used without the express written consent of our company. "Live the Attitude" is our service mark and it's use is restricted as well.
Merchandise produced without written authorization may be considered "counterfeit" and subject to all available legal remedies, including seizure of the merchandise, in accordance with the Trademark Anti-Counterfeiting Act. The marks and name of Finish Strong (as well as variations and identifiers and expressions such as Finishing Strong, Finish Stronger, Strong Finish, etc.) may not be used unless written permission for such use is obtained from Finish Strong, LLC
Finish Strong takes trademark infringement extremely seriously and aggressively pursues violators with all legal methods.
